Billing questions

How do I pay?: By card, through Stripe, from Organisation → Billing in Astara. Stripe handles the checkout, the receipts and the GST, and Astara never sees your card details. Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans each year.
Do the prices include GST?: Yes. Every price on this page is in Australian dollars and includes GST.
What counts as a machine?: Each machine Astara collects data from: a filler, a case packer, a palletiser. Everyone in your organisation can use Astara at no extra cost, with their own role.
What hardware do I need?: An Astara gateway at each site. It reads your PLCs over OPC UA and sends the data to Astara. One gateway connects up to 3 machines; a site with more machines has more gateways. Contact us for gateway pricing.
Can I add machines later?: Yes, at any time from Organisation → Billing. A new machine is charged for the rest of the month or year you have paid for.
Do you have discounts?: From time to time. A current offer shows on this page and in Organisation → Billing and is taken off at checkout. If you have an Astara discount code, enter it under Have a discount code? before you pay; each organisation can use a code once.
Can I cancel?: Yes, at any time, from Organisation → Billing. Your plan carries on until the end of the month or year you have paid for.
